MINE. The Mother Centers International Network for Empowerment
Through a network of locally rooted, self-organized centers, MINE creates spaces where mothers come together to share knowledge, support one another, and shape positive change — in their lives and in their communities. We believe in the power of care, participation, and collective action to build a more just, inclusive, and sustainable world.
We believe
that our actions and decisions are guided by the fundamental belief in the strength, resilience, and transformative power of maternal care in shaping communities, our enviroment and impact future generations.

Years of operation
We honor invisible and unpaid care
Through grassroots initiatives, we recognize the essential — yet often overlooked — contributions of mothers and work to uplift and empower them.
We advocate for Mother Centers as public living rooms
We promote Mother Centers as vital community spaces — essential to democracy, participation, and social cohesion.
Our Values
We value and support the work of mothers
We believe in fully integrating a culture of care into public life — making the work mothers do visible, respected, and supported at every level.
We connect and empower globally
By building a caring and inclusive international community, we strengthen mothers’ voices, networks, and leadership across borders.
We follow the CLARA approach
Our work is guided by the CLARA concept – a reflective tool that makes pedagogical quality, values, and relationships visible. CLARA stands for an appreciative, mindful, and inclusive attitude that is reflected in our daily actions: in how we interact, how we shape our spaces, share responsibility, and build trust.
